A: No. Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, and does not replace clinical mental health services. However, I highly encourage all service members to explore mental health treatment options and am happy to provide assistance in finding the right programs for you.

-
A: For coaching services, our hourly rate starts at $100/hour. This option is best suited for short-term engagements and initial guidance. We also offer a 6 week program that consists of 12 one-hour sessions. Need something longer-term or more customized? Contact me and we can discuss your specific situation and goals.
-
No. My services are designed around education and personal development. Part of my process includes locating your nearest VSO and helping you connect with them. I am not authorized to provide claim coaching, and do not have back-end access or authorization that VSOs have. A VSO is an invaluable piece of the puzzle where disability claims are concerned. I help demystify the process and ensure you have all of the knowledge and skills possible at your disposal so you can feel prepared for whatever your next steps include.

Navigate Your VA Disability Claim With Confidence
The VA disability claims process can be complicated, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate on your own. My VA Education Services are designed to help veterans better understand the process, identify the evidence needed to support their claim, and develop a clear strategy for presenting their case to the VA, including incorporating external services such as those offered by VSOs.
Drawing from extensive experience navigating the VA system and working with veterans, I provide practical, veteran-focused education throughout the claims process. Whether you're preparing your first claim, seeking an increase, filing for a secondary condition, or trying to understand what went wrong with a previous claim, I'll help you understand your options and empower you to take the next step with greater confidence.
Services May Include
Reviewing your current VA disability ratings and claim history
Identifying potentially claimable conditions and secondary conditions
Explaining VA claims requirements and terminology in plain language
Helping you identify possibly relevant medical and service records
Developing an evidence-gathering strategy
Reviewing the strengths and weaknesses of a VA claim
Helping you understand what can be expected during Compensation & Pension (C&P) examinations
Reviewing VA decision letters and explaining what they mean
Discussing potential options following a denial or unfavorable decision
Helping you develop the skills necessary so that you can pursue your claim
A Strategy Built Around Your Individual Situation
Every veteran's service history, medical history, and VA record is different. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, we look at your specific circumstances, evidence, and goals to help you determine the most appropriate path forward.
The goal isn't simply to submit more paperwork. It's to help you understand why you're making a claim, what evidence supports it, and how the pieces of your case fit together.
Important Notice

I am not an attorney, accredited claims agent, or VA employee, and I do not guarantee a particular VA decision, disability rating, or benefit outcome. When a matter requires legal representation or professional medical advice, you may be advised to consult an appropriately qualified attorney, VA-accredited representative, or medical professional.
